Sharkia National Food Co. (SNFC) announced that Banque Misr set its initial price at EGP 9.70/share.
The statement came in reply to the stock market inquiries about the news reports about Banque Misr’s evaluation of SNFC and Egypt for Poultry stocks.
It was reported on Monday that Banque Misr sent its final report on the initial study on the merge of the two companies. The bank set SNFC and Egypt for Poultry fair values at EGP 9.70 and EGP 5.75-6.00 respectively.
